^TOP What do you charge for shipping?
For books, we charge $3.50 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional book. FREE SHIPPING for orders of 5 books or more! For letters, the price includes first class postage.
^TOP How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 48hrs of receipt of payment for in stock items. Special order items will take an additional 2 weeks. Your shipment will arrive from Littleton, Colorado 80125, based on media mail shipping times, to your location. Orders can be shipped express/overnight for an additional fee.

^TOP What if there is a problem with my order?
If we made an error in printing your book, we will fix it for free. If by chance the error was not ours, contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
^TOP Why are there different prices for the same size book?
Some books contain characters that are copyrighted by their creators/owners. In order to reproduce these characters it is necessary to have licensing agreements with the creators/owners. These licensing agreements incur additional costs.
